I am a certified fromager, prud’homme beer sommelier, accredited whisky ambassador and certified expert in the service & sale of scotch. My lifelong love of learning has propelled me to sip, gulp and nibble at life from many different international experiences. I have had the pleasure to work for Club Med, Fairmont Hotels, as well as the BT Hotel Group in Australia.
As a graduate of the University of Waterloo I hold an honours combined degree in recreation and Business. I have also achieved my graduate certificate in hospitality and tourism managment systems from Niagara College.
